We want our partners to feel both held and free.
Our grantmaking centers people as much as the work they lead.
We primarily support women in leadership and those working at the intersection of ecological and human wellbeing. Many of these leaders are carrying both vision and responsibility in deeply personal ways.
We aim to support them in ways that are sustaining—not depleting.
How We Work
Multi-year, unrestricted funding
Trust-based partnerships
Minimal (if any) reporting requirements
Ongoing, relationship-centered engagement
Supporting the Whole Leader
In addition to supporting ideas and organizations rooted in the healing of their communities, we also believe that meaningful change cannot happen when those leading it are exhausted.
Our funding may support:
Time for rest and restoration
Healing-centered retreats or practices
Space for reflection and long-term sustainability
Because people are not separate from the work—they are at the center of it.
What We Look For
Women and underrepresented leaders
Community-rooted organizations
Work that integrates ecological and human healing
Approaches grounded in lived experience
